Early and forced marriages continue to be a stark reality for women across the world, including India. We made a film that looked at interventions by both governments and civil society organisations that helped empower girls and women negotiate with patriarchal structures to stave off early and forced marriages in different parts of India. The project was commissioned by the Ford Foundation and carried out by ICRW.
